Understand the paperwork, responsibilities, and booking details before you drive.Your booking confirmation matters.
Review your confirmed vehicle, rental period, return deadline, mileage allowance, extras, delivery arrangements, and final charges. Booking-specific arrangements must be accepted in the confirmation and read together with the approved agreement. Website estimates do not reserve inventory, collect payment, or replace your booking documents.Drive and return responsibly.
Only approved drivers may operate the vehicle. Follow approved uses and travel areas, applicable traffic rules, protective-equipment requirements, and the return instructions. Report incidents, damage, notices, and delays promptly. Documented charges remain subject to the agreement’s qualifications, lawful limits, and prohibition on duplicate recovery.The hold is separate.
- At pickup: $500 authorization holdSeparate from rental charges; not an upfront security-deposit charge or a cap on lawful responsibility.
- After return: full inspection within 48 hoursMeasured from actual return, including weekends and holidays.
- Release initiated two calendar days after the full inspectionSubject to authorized deductions. Your bank may take additional time to make funds available.

The renter signs the approved rental agreement. Each additional driver must receive written Company approval and complete any required separate agreement. A separate passenger waiver is required; the renter’s signature does not replace it.Coverage has limits.
